Yatayda 30.000 ton hammadde depolama kapasitesine sahip olan tesisimizde 2200 ton yem 45 ayr\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fit \u00fcr\u00fcn halinde depolanabilmektedir. Otomasyon ve mekanik olarak son teknolojik sistemler ile 70 ton\/saat \u00fcretim ve 1250 ton\/g\u00fcn yem y\u00fckleme kapasitesine sahiptir. \u00dcretimin her safhas\u0131nda \u00fcr\u00fcn kontrolleri yap\u0131larak ve insan hatas\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirmek amac\u0131 ile \u00fcretim el de\u011fmeden otomasyon PLC sistemi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. Bu sayede izlenebilirlik sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olup \u00fcretim her a\u015famas\u0131 kaydedilmekte ve raporlanabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hammadde al\u0131m \u00fcnitesi olarak tesisimizde biri haval\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 4 adet sistem bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6n k\u0131rma \u00fcnitesi olarak hammadde al\u0131m sistemimizde valsli de\u011firmen hatt\u0131 mevcuttur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Yem y\u00fckleme faaliyeti 4 adet teleskobik bant ve 1 adet d\u00f6kme hatt\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. Ara\u00e7 yana\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bant de\u011fi\u015ftirme s\u00fcrelerini en aza indirmek i\u00e7in y\u00fckleme bantlar\u0131m\u0131z birbiri aras\u0131nda \u00e7uval transferi yapabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Yem y\u00fckleme hatt\u0131m\u0131zda 15 ton\/saat kapasiteye sahip m\u00fcsli yem hatt\u0131 mevcuttur.
